The position is for a highly experienced full-time housekeeper for an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family based primarily in West Palm Beach, FL. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the household, with responsibilities extending to domestic and international travel with the family. Requirements

• At least 5+ years of equivalent work experience in private estates or residences.
• Earnest, genuine, trustworthy, and respectful demeanor.
• Ability to work well with others in a professional manner.
• Discreet, calm, and pleasant to be around.
• Comfortable working around young children (ages 2-4).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Poised and polished with a professional mindset.
• Willingness to go above and beyond and anticipate the needs of the family.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours as needed.
• Superior judgment with confidential materials.
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States, able to pass a comprehensive background check and excellent references.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and attractive appearance of the home.
• Make beds daily and change linens as necessary.
• Family laundry including washing, folding, and wardrobe management/organization.
• Vacuum, swiffer, and clean floors daily.
• Dust furniture, moldings, air vents, and light fixtures regularly.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and powder rooms regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, cleaning counters, and appliances.
• Clean refrigerator, windows, and other surfaces as needed.
• Maintain a list of cleaning and household supplies that require replacement.
• Notify the Principals of any maintenance issues or wear and tear on household items.
• Handle fragile items with extreme care and report any damage immediately.
• Receiving packages and deliveries.
• Run errands as needed.
• Assist with other household tasks as instructed by the Principals.
• Ability to cook simple, kid-friendly meals would be a big plus.
