Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
  • Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a transformational client experience and build the brand one customer at a time.
  • Drive business through sales and demonstrate a strong commitment to service.
  • Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
  • Create the customer experience through use of selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
  • Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle.
  • Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the store.
