Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.

• A sense of humor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a transformational client experience and build the brand one customer at a time.
• Drive business through sales and meet personal sales goals.
• Create the customer experience using selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
• Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds and completing bank deposits.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
