FT HVAC Instructor

Fortis Colege - Columbia is seeking an experienced, highly motivated HVAC/R Professional to join its faculty. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our HVAC Program. This is a full-time, professional position reporting directly to the Program Director. The primary responsibility will be to teach HVAC/R courses. T Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, assist the program director and participate in department training, meetings and graduation.
Requirements
- Completion of an HVAC/R program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or Diploma
- HVAC License
- EPA Universal
- At least three years of experience as an HVAC Techncian
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, motivated and results driven
Nice To Haves
- associate degree preferred
- HVAC Journeyman - desired
- Prior higher education/postseondary teaching experience preferred
