Position Summary: Supports safety and security operations through patrols, monitoring, access control, and customer assistance, adapting to site-specific requirements and client expectations. Position Summary: Oversees daily security operations, supervises assigned personnel, and ensures the consistent delivery of safety, security, and customer service.

Requirements

Completed High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tarian company's driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles)
Employment Verification
For applicable roles, previous employment must be verified through our background vendor. If any employment cannot be confirmed, candidates may be required to provide proof of employment (such as a pay stubs or W-2s)
Ability to meet qualification standards when initially placed in a TASER position and annually thereafter
Ability to obtain and maintain any applicable local or state license or permit to carry a TASER
Ability to participate in and pass additional TASER training at the discretion of the TASER instructor and/or Tarian company
Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of the Tarian company's Conducted Energy Weapon (TASER), Tarian company's Taser Policy

Responsibilities

You will conduct the following responsibilities, upholding Tarian's commitment to safety and security while supporting the values and culture of the client and community.
Our Healthcare Security Officers are responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the hospital, its staff, and its patients and visitors -- and serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activities on hospital property.
Our Security Officers also provide supervision for at-risk patients in the hospital environment.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
