Responsibilities

Clean dishes throughout the day
Practice Food Safety behaviors to create a culture focused on food safety
Practice workplace safety and procedures by utilizing Personal Protective Equipment
Keep the kitchen organized and clean
Follow daily restaurant cleaning checklist
