You’ll oversee production schedules, manage receiving and stock, and track inventory with precision. From blending recipes to prepping gift sets and planning weekly production priorities, your steady hand ensures that nothing slips through the cracks. Requirements

• Prior experience in inventory control, production, or bakery/food prep
• Comfort with SOPs, checklists, and precision measurements
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Operations – Supervise and participate in blending, packaging, labeling, and gift set creation. Ensure recipes are followed exactly and products are ready on schedule.
• Inventory Management – Receive shipments, conduct counts, manage backstock, and ensure digital records in POS align with physical product.
• Production Planning – Collaborate with management to plan weekly priorities, balance demand with stock levels, and avoid out-of-stocks.
• Train & Support Staff – Guide junior team members and blending support in proper procedures, quality standards, and timelines.
• Quality & Accuracy Assurance – Uphold packaging standards, enforce recipe precision, and model best practices for efficiency.
• Special Projects – Support custom orders including wedding favors, corporate gifts, and subscription packaging.
