About The Position

As a Hotel Host (Bell staff) at the Stephanie Inn, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through warm welcomes and uplifting work. Your duties will include parking and retrieving vehicles, greeting guests, handling luggage, and providing tours of the unique features of the property and surrounding areas. You will work closely with the Front Desk team to ensure memorable guest interactions. The Stephanie Inn is Oregon's premier oceanfront boutique hotel, known for its luxurious sophistication and attention to detail, providing a sanctuary for relaxation and enjoyment.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to secure a liquor license within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Escorts guests and luggage to their rooms, explaining features of the room such as operation of television, fireplace, ceiling fans, windows, dining menu, and ordering procedures.
• Parks and retrieves guest cars in a safe manner and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Delivers messages and packages as requested.
• Greets guests at the front door or car upon arrival.
• Maintains the image of the hotel by appearing extremely presentable, well-groomed, and in a pressed uniform.
• Keeps windows clean inside and outside the Inn.
• Responds to maintenance requests.
• Sets up NW Beer and Wine reception and Night Cap service.
• Maintains safety and security of guests at all times.
