About The Position

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must complete a 60-day introductory period.
  • Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
  • Must be able to use or learn to use the necessary equipment and tools.
  • Must perform all job functions safely and meet company performance standards.
  • Must have valid identification.
  • 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.
  • Must complete the in-house forklift-training program.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of company policy and procedures as outlined in the policy manual and handbook.

Responsibilities

  • Review the work schedule and prepare for duties at the start of the shift.
  • Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members.
  • Receive, store, and stock items, check dates, and change pricing of items going out of code.
  • Assemble and mix ingredients, place mix on trays, and bake goods.
  • Package and wrap baked goods, print labels, and clean display cases.
  • Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
  • Oversee Starbucks operations.
