About The Position
The George is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full Time Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. Requirements
- Previous experience as a server assistant or similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences
- Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
- Food Handers Card and MAST permit required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- This job requires constant standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
- Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
- Must be physically capable of performing duties which involve repetitive bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling and lifting of heavy objects
Responsibilities
- Support the servers in creating an outstanding dining experience for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Set up and prepare dining areas, including arranging table settings and maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Welcome guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently to ensure smooth service flow
- Aid in the delivery of food and beverages to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with courtesy and professionalism
