About The Position
The Office of Admissions is seeking a student for employment. This position is funded by the university. All undergraduate students looking for employment are welcome to make application for this position. Admissions Tour Guides / Student Ambassadors will support the efforts of the Admissions Office by enthusiastically leading tours of the campus to prospective students, families, and other visitors of Fitchburg State. Additionally, tour guides will be expected to assist with preparation for all admissions programs and events, attend scheduled meetings and training sessions, contact prospective and admitted students, and assist with the completion of various tasks as needed. Competitive applicants will have broad experiences as Fitchburg State students both socially and academically, and possess the communication skills essential to this position.
