FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community we serve in! The position provides trauma-focused diagnostic assessments and enhanced evidence-based services for children, youth, and their caregivers in the community and in the office using evidence-based practices such as Trauma Systems Therapy (TST), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). The role involves collaborating on cases with case managers, psychiatric teams, and other service providers to ensure the best client care. It also includes providing emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed and working as part of a trauma-focused multidisciplinary team to implement evidence-based practices with fidelity.
