As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Engineer, you will be embedded with customers to deploy and operate a production-grade data and application platform used in mission-critical environments. You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering, data integration, and real-world operations—turning complex, fragmented data into reliable, live systems that support critical decision-making. Requirements

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • Experience with Python, Pyspark, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with data systems, APIs, and distributed architectures.
  • Ability to operate independently in customer-facing, on-site environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, real-world settings.
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance or eligibility
  • Strong engineering background, preferably in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain a distributed data and application platform in production.
  • Integrate data from disparate source systems while preserving lineage and governance.
  • Build and customize operational applications, workflows, and analytics.
  • Design and maintain data pipelines supporting real-time and batch use cases.
  • Troubleshoot high-impact issues in live operational environments.
  • Work directly with users to understand workflows and translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Partner with internal product and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities.
