As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Engineer, you will be embedded with customers to deploy and operate a production-grade data and application platform used in mission-critical environments. Youâll work at the intersection of software engineering, data integration, and real-world operationsâturning complex, fragmented data into reliable, live systems that support critical decision-making. Requirements

Strong software engineering fundamentals.
Experience with Python, Pyspark, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages.
Familiarity with data systems, APIs, and distributed architectures.
Ability to operate independently in customer-facing, on-site environments.
Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, real-world settings.
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Active TS/SCI Clearance or eligibility
Strong engineering background, preferably in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain a distributed data and application platform in production.
Integrate data from disparate source systems while preserving lineage and governance.
Build and customize operational applications, workflows, and analytics.
Design and maintain data pipelines supporting real-time and batch use cases.
Troubleshoot high-impact issues in live operational environments.
Work directly with users to understand workflows and translate needs into technical solutions.
Partner with internal product and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities.
