The Food Safety Technical Services Manager serves as a key member of the Food Safety leadership team. This position provides technical expertise, leadership, support and instruction to field teams, with a specialized focus on highly technical FSQA programs such as sanitation and environmental monitoring, pest control, food safety interventions, product sampling and testing, quality management processes and other FSQA programs across multiple facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring the proper implementation and execution of the highly technical FSQA programs across Sysco’s sites, driving the implementation of best practices, monitoring the effectiveness and costs of technical FSQA programs, and ensuring our programs are effectively mitigating the risks they are designed to control.
