SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring compliance with the company’s HACCP, SSOP, Animal Welfare, and GMP programs by completing the necessary paperwork along with ensuring product adheres to Tecumseh Poultry and USDA guidelines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES: Inspect and audit products for adherence of Tecumseh Poultry and USDA guidelines Data collection and record keeping activities Performs all necessary SSOP monitoring and completes all paperwork. Perform necessary HACCP monitoring of the birds and completes necessary paperwork Other duties as assigned ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE: In the absence of a FSQA technician I, a trained FSQA technician will take on all quality and food safety related duties conducted by a FSQA technician I.
