The FSQA & Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all food safety, quality, and sanitation operations during the night shift. This role leads and develops both FSQA Technicians and Sanitation Technicians, ensuring the facility meets or exceeds company, regulatory, and customer food safety and quality standards. This position is accountable for the implementation and execution of FSQA programs, sanitation operations (including CIP, COP, and SIP systems), and pre-operational inspections. The FSQA & Sanitation Supervisor drives continuous improvement through data-driven performance management, root cause analysis, and proactive risk prevention. Working closely with the FSQA Manager, Production, and Maintenance teams, this individual ensures that quality and sanitation programs are effectively executed to maintain SQF certification, regulatory compliance, and the company’s commitment to a strong food safety culture.
