Objective Repetitively monitor critical food quality processes on an hourly cycle or as needed. Maintain and control all quality aspects of the processing establishment. The scope of the food quality processes being monitored will be dynamic and will be periodically updated to reflect changing priorities and focus. Organizational Relationships Reports directly to FSQA Supervisor & coordinates with FSQA Technician and FSQA Monitor on duty. Internal Contacts: FSQA Manager, Director of Food Safety, Plant Manager, Production Supervisors, Receiving Manager, Production Employees & Plant Security.
