The Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA) Clerk supports plant food safety and quality systems through accurate documentation, data entry, record maintenance, and administrative support. This role assists with compliance to USDA, FDA, HACCP, SSOP, and Tyson Foods policies by ensuring food safety and quality data is complete, organized, and audit‑ready. The FSQA Clerk works cross‑functionally with production, quality, and management teams and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
