As a FSO Tax Accountant in International Tax Services (Transfer Pricing), you will address transfer pricing planning, documentation and controversy issues associated with intercompany transactions. You will apply complex transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve financial services sector client challenges. Your role will involve providing a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing by preparing documents, participating in advanced pricing agreements (APAs) and assisting in defending transfer pricing in audits. You will supply innovative transfer pricing and economic ideas alongside responsive services and work products, model financial outcomes, value intangible assets and develop practical planning approaches. Additionally, you will coordinate work with other client service colleagues globally to drive collaboration.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Policy Analysis, Law or a related field.
  • Plus 2 years business advisory, transfer pricing, relevant business economic consulting or relevant federal/International business tax consulting experience.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Policy Analysis, Law or related field plus 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Must have 1 year of experience in advising clients on the technical aspects of transfer pricing.
  • Must have 1 year of experience in transfer pricing planning, documentation or controversy work projects.
  • Must have 1 year of experience in economic modeling.
  • Must have 1 year of experience working on tax compliance engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Address transfer pricing planning, documentation and controversy issues associated with intercompany transactions.
  • Apply complex transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve financial services sector client challenges.
  • Provide a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing by preparing documents and participating in advanced pricing agreements (APAs).
  • Assist in defending transfer pricing in audits.
  • Supply innovative transfer pricing and economic ideas alongside responsive services and work products.

  • Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues.
  • Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
