About The Position

The Far Back End and Sort Organization (FSO) is looking for a Module Equipment Technician. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Support engineering and operations within the Metrology module with sustaining such as lot movement, equipment-related issues, equipment maintenance/recoveries, and projects. Monitors and address all tool/module related issues. Updates existing specs that support overall equipment maintenance/performance/recoveries, performing training, and help Engineering in qualifying tools. Works with Module Engineering to execute experiments and generally completes tasks per published procedures. Supports Metrology in solid team skills as well as strong process and/or equipment knowledge. Dispositions materials that fail a certain criteria per published procedures. Communication link for Metrology Engineers, other teams, and vendor support personnel and are expected to work within the module team to help build the team and establish and execute to module goals and priorities. This position is for a compress day shift only, (7:00am to 7:30pm). Relocation assistance is not provided.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or bachelor's Degree in a science, technology, math, engineering, or STEM discipline.
  • High school diploma and a 1+ year technical certification in a technical field such as Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering technology, Computer Electronic Engineering Technology, or similar STEM discipline.
  • High school diploma and military training in a technical field such as electronics, mechanical, or similar technical field; at least 6 months of hands-on experience.
  • High school diploma and 1+ years of experience with preventative maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting.
  • High school diploma and 1+ years of experience with equipment troubleshooting installation, qualification, repair, or operations in a semiconductor environment or manufacturing environment.
