About The Position
The Frozen/Dairy Stocker position at Miners Incorporated involves maintaining the overall conditions of the sales floor, cooler, and freezers in the Dairy and Frozen departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the merchandise is properly stocked and rotated, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Candidates should be prepared to greet customers with a smile, assist them as needed, and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Punctuality and adherence to the work schedule are essential for this position. The work environment can be cold at times, and physical demands include standing, walking, and squatting. Employees may be required to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds and operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, box cutters, and compactors. The shifts for this position may vary, but they are primarily scheduled for afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
