About The Position

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Froster ensures that cakes of the highest quality are consistently created for our guests and contributes to superior service by meeting production demands. Following a strict proprietary recipe, NbC cake frosting methods and food safety standards, the Froster makes our signature frosting and utilizes standardized application techniques to frost all our delicious cakes. The Froster embodies NbC core values and demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency in the workplace.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Ability to understand written and oral directions.
  • Ability to interpret instructional documents such as recipes and health and safety rules.
  • Ability to perform repetitious tasks requiring precise movement of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Physical capacity to lift items up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Meticulous about using exact measurements and paying attention to timing.
  • Ability to evaluate products and processes for compliance with standards.
  • Discipline and attention to detail to adhere to health and safety practices.
  • Diligent, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize workload.

  • Previous experience at a bakery, restaurant, or in a foodservice environment.
