The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Froster/Assistant Baker wears 2 hats. During Frosting shifts, you'll ensure that our cakes are of the highest quality, are consistently created for our guests, and provide superior service by meeting production demands. Following a strict proprietary recipe, NbC cake-frosting methods and food safety standards, the Froster makes our signature frosting and utilizes standardized application techniques to frost all of our delicious cakes. During Assistant Baker shifts, you'll partner with our Lead Baker to ensure that our cakes are of the highest quality, are consistently created for our guests, and basically, you'll do what the Lead Baker asks you to do to best assist them in following strict proprietary recipes, NbC production methods, and food safety standards. During both shifts, you'll embody NbC core values and demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency in the workplace.
