About The Position

Join our team at The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Exton! We are a small family owned bakery on a mission to bring joy to our guests, give back to the community, and sweeten the world one cake at a time. As a Froster, you will make our signature frosting and frost all of our delicious cakes according to NBC's standards and time guidelines including cakes available for walk-in guests, pre-ordered cakes, and marketing cakes.

Responsibilities

• Frosts all cakes according to time and quality standards.
• Makes NbC proprietary frosting according to the recipe.
• Cleans, sanitizes and restocks workstation.
• Uphold NBC's image and brand.
• Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures.
• Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
