About The Position

The position involves assisting sales representatives in closing deals and ensuring the accurate preparation of necessary documentation. The role requires managing the sales line to meet or exceed operating budget targets while upholding Bluegreen's minimum performance standards. Additionally, the position includes recruiting, hiring, and mentoring sales representatives, providing coaching and training to help them succeed. The individual will also conduct sales presentations as needed to maintain a smooth prospect flow and hold at least one weekly training session to enhance team skills, using a curriculum approved by the Director of Sales. Monitoring team performance metrics such as VPG, sampler sales, referrals, and Medallia scores is essential, along with maintaining accountability through necessary tough conversations and disciplinary actions when required.
