About The Position
Capital Vacations is one of the fastest-growing timeshare companies in the industry, delivering unforgettable vacation experiences to our owners and guests across the country. We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Frontline Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives at our Pigeon Forge sales center. The Frontline Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the frontline sales team, driving performance, and supporting sales reps in meeting and exceeding their sales goals. This individual will play a key role in motivating and mentoring their team while contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
