About The Position

At GBH, we believe in the advantages of coming together to build community, mentor and learn from colleagues, and connect more deeply with our mission. As a result, the majority of our staff are hybrid and work both from home and onsite. Our current hybrid approach requires staff to work onsite a minimum of two days each week, every Tuesday and one other day, to be determined by their business unit. Hybrid staff are also welcome to come in additional days each week or may be asked to come in on other days by their manager. Since 1983, FRONTLINE has served as PBS's flagship public affairs program. For over 40 seasons, FRONTLINE has established itself as America’s premiere investigative documentary journalism series, through incisive films covering the scope and complexity of the human experience. The FRONTLINE editorial team oversees the production of roughly 20 programs each season.

Requirements

• Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills
• A stellar work ethic
• The ability to work independently and take initiative
• Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates must be in an Undergrad or Grad program and have work authorization for the United States

Responsibilities

• Conduct research
• Assist with the story submission review process
• Maintain the series library
• Field producer and viewer inquiries
