About The Position

As a Frontend Product Engineer at Vapi, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering intuitive, polished, and responsive user experiences to our 150k+ developer community. Your work will ensure that Vapi’s platform is not only powerful but also delightful and accessible to users worldwide.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
• 3+ years of product-focused frontend engineering, with at least 1 year at a startup (<100 employees)
• Proven track record shipping polished, user-centric features in production
• Passionate about user experience and developer workflows
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on user-facing features with React and TypeScript
• Elevate the quality of design, UI, and developer experience across our platform
• Collaborate with design and product teams to transform feedback into intuitive flows
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Contribute to component libraries and design systems that scale across products
