About The Position

The Front Services Agent is responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests to the hotel in a friendly manner. This position will assist in unloading guests’ luggage, and rooming of guests in a professional manner that exemplifies the service commitment. In addition, they are also responsible for the handling of parking and retrieving of guest’s automobiles in a safe, quick and efficient manner, as well as giving directions and information on all hotel and area services.

Requirements

  • Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
  • Texas Driver’s License with good driving record required.
  • Must be over 21 years old for vehicle driving insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Act at the first and last impression for guests arriving and departing our hotel.
  • Greet guests as they arrive, unload luggage, and hand out hotel room keys and name badges.
  • Provide a hotel tour to new guests explaining the various services and restaurants available at the hotel.
  • Provide valet parking services to guests.
  • Deliver items to guest rooms such as packages and laundry.
  • Collect luggage and distribute on busy check out days.
  • Drive company shuttle on various errands for guests.
