About The Position
Comfort Suites-Near Universal Orlando Resort-5617 Major Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819 We are currently looking for a Front Service/Houseperson to join our Team! Our Comfort Suites® Near Universal Orlando Resort offers 101 cozy guest suites with 25% more space than a traditional hotel room. Our suites are the perfect place to relax and spread out after a busy day on the go. Our convenient location is in the center of it all, giving guests easy access to all the top attractions, including SeaWorld, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Aquatica. A daily complimentary breakfast is offered to all guests. The Comfort Suites is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates. As Front Service the ideal person is responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel during the overnight shifts. Overnight shift from 11pm to 7am. Rate of pay $17.50 per hour. Responds to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner. Stocks room attendant carts and supplies Cleans furniture, elevators, glass etc., in public areas such as lobby, pool, public restrooms. Tends laundering machines – to provide ample linen supplies for morning shift. Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor. What You Bring: High School diploma or equivalent
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 Years Experience laundry or housekeeping
- Excellent Customer Service
- Able to work overnight shift 11pm to 7am (and weekends and holidays)

Responsibilities
