About The Position

As a Front Service Bell Attendant, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our MGM National Harbor guests! By connecting with them and understanding their unique stories, you'll craft unforgettable WOW moments that they'll cherish long after their stay.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Previous Hotel Bell man experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Answer guests' questions and provide accurate info about rooms, restaurants, casino events, and promotions with a smile!
• Resolve complaints with a friendly touch and keep your supervisor in the loop about anything unusual!
• Open doors for guests as they arrive and depart—let them feel like VIPs!
• Load and unload guests' luggage from their vehicles, making their experience smooth and hassle-free!
• Transport luggage and escort guests to their rooms, providing room orientation and all the insider tips!
• Process tickets for guest items and assist with luggage, ensuring everything is taken care of!
• Maintain control and security of the luggage area, ensuring peace of mind for our guests.
