Parts Counter Representative Hyundai of Dallas is looking for a precise, prioritizing, self- motivated, and team-oriented Parts Counter Representative to join our fast-growing team. The Parts Counter Representative is responsible for the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse goods and is accountable for customer service and retail sales in the Parts Department. Requirements

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• Stands, walks, or sits for a long period without resting. (Up to 5 hours)
• Must have the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Basic math strategies include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Prior Parts Counter training or experience is preferred.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist and inform customers (retail and body shop) of companion parts requirements for their automotive needs.
• Answer calls providing price quotes and other pertinent information.
• Review and verify the accuracy of the estimates against the invoice.
• Provide high quality service to various departments, internal, and external customers of the dealership.
• Well-informed of the flow of incoming and outgoing materials to meet productivity objectives and guarantee the steady flow of materials in the supply chain.
