The individual selected for this position will support and advise the Customer’s organization responsible for cyber activities, analysis and reporting. This includes providing Front Office Systems Integration (SI), Executive Officer/Action Officer, and Project/Portfolio management support related to baseline activities, as well as a Special Access Program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Be the focal point for, and provide recommended responses to, taskings/actions assigned to the Department in support of a special access program; track all incoming actions to closure; coordinate with Front Office Leadership, Group Leadership, Program Managers, and Senior Leadership, as applicable, to ensure timely delivery of coordinated responses Work closely with Senior Leadership and other departments to provide reporting, ensure requisite coordination, and monitor the associated workflow for high-visibility programs and activities Collaborate/coordinate with other organizations, as necessary, by providing background information and materials in support of mission-related activities and briefings Assist with meeting preparation; provide background and reference information and materials; facilitate meetings, and capture minutes and follow-on actions, as required Provide backup support to other members of the SI team for other mission and programmatic activities Work closely with Front Office Leadership and the Chief of Staff to support other high-visibility projects and activities Support the Group Chief and Deputy, as necessary, by providing background information and materials in support of mission-related activities and briefings Collaborate/coordinate with center-level action and communication offices, as necessary Provide backup support to other members of the SI team for other mission and programmatic activities as well as any necessary backup support for the Chief of Staff
