As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee the scheduling of the front desk team and create an engaging environment where motivated individuals want to join, learn, do their best, and advance. You will lead a diverse team by modeling the way, empowering, and coaching throughout the employment lifecycle. Keeping a pulse on operational performance and holding the team accountable for their performance is essential. You must be available to work any shift, including morning, night, or audit shifts if needed, and have the flexibility to cover the desk in the event of a last-minute absence. Additionally, you must be able to work weekends and holidays. Training the team on FOSSE, our front office system, is also a key responsibility.
