About the position

The Front Office Supervisor at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is responsible for leading the front desk team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through effective communication and service. This role involves supporting senior leadership with management responsibilities, coaching associates, and overseeing guest registration processes. The position is integral to creating a welcoming atmosphere and enhancing the overall guest experience at the resort.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front desk agents responsible for guest registration and communication of hotel services.
• Coach and train team members to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and interviewing processes for front desk staff.
• Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries effectively.
• Support senior leadership in basic management responsibilities.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in hotels.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with hotel management software.
