Front Office Staff Keystone Pediatrics is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Front Office Staff to join our team. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

Nice To Haves

• Previous medical office experience is preferred, but not required
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
• Verify insurance information and update patient demographics
• Collect copays and outstanding balances
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently
