About Our Practice We are a high-volume, growth-focused interventional pain management clinic serving the Tampa community. Our team works collaboratively, supports one another, and stays focused on delivering efficient, professional care to every patient who walks through our doors. Working in a multi-provider environment means every day is different, and strong coordination between the front desk, clinical team, and providers is essential. What You’ll Do Front Office Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients in a professional and efficient manner Manage patient flow across multiple providers and schedules Verify insurance eligibility and demographic information Collect co-pays and process payments accurately Schedule follow-up appointments, procedures, and consultations Coordinate provider schedules and help optimize daily clinic flow Confirm upcoming appointments and assist with schedule adjustments Assist with daily balancing and end-of-day reconciliation Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk environment Back Office Cross-Training Opportunities Team members in this role will have the opportunity to cross-train on back office responsibilities to better understand clinical workflow and support the team when needed.
