We are searching for a Front Office Specialist I at TCP Westwood - someone to coordinate and perform the scheduling of patients, receive and greet visitors, answer and handle incoming calls, coordinate the referral process, enter accurate billing information into system and transmit accurate claims. Ok with rotating shifts (645am - 515pm and 830am - 7pm; along with 2 Saturdays per month) Ability to provide excellent customer service, to act in a professional manner, to type, to file, to use a multi-line telephone, computer, fax and copier Demonstrates SMILES and AIDET philosophies to patients, families and coworkers Acknowledges the customer Identifies self Gives customer a time expectation Keeps customers informed by explaining all tasks, processes and procedures Thanks, the customer Adheres to Standards of Behavior Tasks are measured by observation of evaluator
