Our patient representatives provide a high level of customer service while performing tasks related to front office operations in a busy orthopedic practice. Everyday duties include: Being an advocate for the patient in complex healthcare setting Benefits verification using multiple insurance platforms Manage incoming calls and messaging Helping facilitate referrals by coordinating authorizations Checking In/Out patients (we have an automated intake form system, yay!) Collecting copayments, patient responsibility, or surgery deposits Working collaboratively with a strong team
