About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
