In this receptionist role, you’ll keep the front desk running smoothly by completing administrative tasks while supporting other departments (primarily Accounting) with a variety of assignments and responsibilities. Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or GED equivalent) or relevant experience
  • Must have extraordinary customer service skills with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.
  • Computer literate.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Must be dependable and punctual to fulfill scheduling requirements. The schedule is set so the front office operates during business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and typing skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
  • Problem-solver with great attention to detail.
  • Team player who enjoys helping others.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years experience as a front office professional preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with providing superior customer service to our external and internal clients, visitors, vendors, and other guests while in-person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Facilitate and foster new and existing relationships with our clients.
  • Address all inquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
  • Support the accounting, billing, marketing, purchasing and other departments as needed.
  • Perform tasks assigned including, but not limited to, data entry, processing, and monitoring of accounting transactions.
  • Answering and transferring calls, greeting and assisting visitors, and maintaining compliance with building access and security protocols.
  • Maintain office supplies, filing systems, company phone list, safety protocol lists, and ensure the front office remains organized and professional.
