About The Position
Vail Hearing Healthcare, a privately-owned Audiology practice in Towanda and Sayre, PA is seeking a Front Office Professional/Hearing Aid Fitter to join our team. We have been helping patients in our community for over 30 years and we are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible. We seek someone who is motivated, willing to learn and wants to grow in the hearing aid healthcare field. Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers
- An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity
- Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software
- High School Diploma
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.

- Business school or Associate degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage patients scheduling and confirming appointments
- Insurance verifications & prior authorizations
- Maintain patient records & manage patient charts
- Extensive Customer Service utilizing email, phone calls, and in-person interactions
- Assist with hearing aid fittings
