Reporting to the Director of Front Office, your responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Lead and manage all aspects of the Rooms departments and ensure all service standards are followed with professional, friendly and engaging service Provide leadership while fostering a compassionate, collaborative work environment Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests Maximize rooms revenue through participating in upsells, loyalty enrollments, and supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices Responsible for all hotel operations during overnight shift hours, focusing on front office operations, night audit and hotel safety/security Ensure timely, accurate and complete reporting of daily operational packets, in compliance with prescribed auditing guidelines
