About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the performance of the property through verification and analysis of customer satisfaction systems and financial reconciliations.
  • Report and initiate corrective action based on performance evaluations.
  • Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigations.
  • Implement and maintain effective two-way communication systems that reach all employees.
  • Manage operations in compliance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise Guest Service Representatives and ensure standards of guest service quality are met.
  • Read and interpret business records and statistical reports to inform decision-making.
  • Use mathematical skills to interpret financial information and prepare budgets.
