About The Position

The position involves greeting, checking in, and checking out guests at the Front Desk in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner, adhering to company, hotel, and brand standards. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, hiring, and training front desk employees, monitoring and coaching guest service representatives and night auditors, and answering guest inquiries about hotel services and facilities. The role also requires resolving guest challenges to ensure 100% satisfaction, building rapport with rewards members, and maintaining promotions and guest programs. Additional duties include handling room reservations, cash handling, and ensuring the delivery of packages and messages to guests. The employee must operate the Front Desk computer system, complete shift checklists, and maintain a clean work area. Knowledge of emergency procedures and the ability to support coworkers is also essential.
