As Front Office Manager, you will facilitate and supervise the daily front office operations for the local clinics. The Front Office Manager will have an average of 10 clinics and will be responsible for all District Front Office Supervisors, SPSCs, PSCs and Scheduling and Referral Coordinators. This position will focus on district front office engagement, environment, and staff performance. Employee will share the mission and values of PT Solutions. SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Ability to perform at or above budgeted metrics for visits and evaluations Works closely with Operations and Administrative Leaders Act as a hiring manager for all open front office positions Job is to be performed in clinics by spending time in every district, 2x per month with meaningful presence by interaction with patients and staff Provide coaching that focuses on district front office performance to Referral Management, POC adherence and Customer Service expectations Accountable for education region on front office process updates Monitor KPI performance of every clinic regularly.
