The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is looking for a Front Office Manager to join the Front Office Team! Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining. In this role, you will manage 40-45 team members and report to the Director of Front Office. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of front office experience, a background in luxury hotel operations, experience managing a unionized team, and working knowledge of OnQ. What will I be doing? As Front Office Manager, you would be responsible for directing and administering Front Office operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
