The hotel is looking for individuals who are comfortable in diverse settings. The Front Office Manager is responsible for professionally and courteously responding to arriving, departing, and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. This role also involves responding to inquiries regarding hotel information and guest concerns, and supervising the daily operations of the Guest Services personnel to promote a safe environment and quality services, aiming for maximum guest satisfaction and financial success.
