The Front Office Manager oversees all Front Office operations and ensures a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. This role partners closely with the General Manager and requires a flexible leader who is willing to assist in all departments to support hotel success. Key Components of the role will include: Assume responsibility for running Front Desk shifts as needed to ensure a seamless and efficient guest experience. Continuously interact with guests, seeking their feedback on product quality, service levels, and overall satisfaction. Empower associates to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring they understand expectations and are equipped to deliver. Emphasize Heartbeat scores during departmental meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure accuracy in billing, cash handling, and compliance procedures. Why Join US?
