Requirements

  • Previous hotel front office supervisory or management experience required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Hilton PEP experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk operations and staff performance
  • Train, schedule, and support front office associates
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and accurate billing
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience
